In line with its goal of ranking among the top three global glass producers by creating sustainable value, Şişecam established partnerships with schools across the geographies where it operates. This effort aims to further expand the training and development activities under Şişecam Academy.
School partnerships aim to train and employ students in the fields of glass and glass production technologies; shorten the onboarding process by offering internship opportunities during their studies; attract talent to the organization by providing scholarships to successful students; convey Şişecam's knowledge and experience via internal instructors; and bolster Şişecam's corporate image.
Accordingly, our partnerships continue with schools in varying scopes across such regions as Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Turkey (Balıkesir, Denizli, Yenişehir, and Mersin).
