Employee Activities

Şişecam's staff activities club "Now!" was launched to facilitate employees to socialize while enjoying their hobbies and to strengthen ties among them. Through the club, we arrange non-work activities that match the interests of Şişecam employees. As part of the club's activities, we provide an opportunity for staff members to meet in a social setting. We also enable the exchange of experiences by organizing workshops, seminars, trips, and competitions. The club aims to ensure that employees have a more enjoyable time at work. In 2019, we organized volleyball, basketball, football, and sailing teams under the "Now!" banner and enabled staff participation in corporate sports events.

We launched "We Meet at Şişecam with Our Families" activities to strengthen dialogue with and among our employees. This initiative is conducted at 38 facilities in 14 countries where we operate. As part of these activities, we meet with our employees and their families annually to celebrate good times at a memorable event.
