| Once you sign in to your Sisecamkariyerim page, you can track your applications and responses via your "My Applications" page. |
| How can I be notified about the job opportunities that match my profile? |
| When you create your resume, you can select the features of the types of notifications that interest you under the "Job Notifier" section. You will then receive a notification e-mail once there is any job posting that matches your profile. If you deactivate Job Notifier, you will not receive any notifications. |
| I have not received any links regarding the tests to be completed for interviews / I had a technical issue when completing the test and could not complete it. What should I do? |
| You can reply to the Sisecamkariyer e-mail address where the link is sent and our colleagues will send you a new link as soon as possible. In the event of a technical issue, our colleagues will contact the relevant firm to resolve the issue. |
| I received a score below the minimum requirement on the English proficiency exam. Can I retake it? |
| If you fail to achieve the score required for the position on the English proficiency exam, your application for the position will not be positive. You can retake the exam and join the recruitment process after a six month period. If you have a TOEFL or IELTS result that is higher than the required score, you can be exempt from the proficiency exam once you report your TOEFL or IELTS result during your application. |
| Can I file a job application without having completed my military service? |
| Although it is preferred to have fulfilled the military service at our beginner level recruitment, a minimum deferment of two years is sufficient. |
| Why do the interviews take place on Skype? |
| To extend the maximum flexibility possible for job applicants in the recruitment process, Şişecam is striving to align its recruitment systems and processes with technology, as much as it can. As a result, we arrange initial interviews via Skype to include in the recruitment process those candidates who are outside the city, abroad, or who are unable to visit us during working hours. |
| Do I receive a response even when the outcome is negative? |
| Our recruitment process may take a long time to ensure that the best candidate is placed in the position. However, we will respond to all candidates – whether their application outcome is positive or negative – within four weeks. |
| I missed the summer internship application deadline; can I deliver my application by hand? |
| Our summer internship announcement is active from October to March. You can submit your application here during this period. |
| I want to do an internship at Şişecam. Do you accept only mandatory intern students? |
| If the school covers the SSI (Social Security Institution) employer premium during the summer internship, we offer internship opportunities to all eligible candidates who successfully complete the evaluation process, whether it is a mandatory internship or voluntary internship. |
| What training opportunities are provided to Şişecam employees? |
